Appointments at Mudita Luxury Spa in Jayanagar are subject to availability and can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website and other authorised booking channels. Guests are requested to provide accurate booking details. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain appointments. All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has already been confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please tell us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest. Refunds, where applicable, are processed in line with our cancellation policy. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations made outside the permitted time frame may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers, including any discount advertised on our website, apply only to direct bookings made by phone or WhatsApp, are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Final applicable pricing is confirmed by our team at the time of booking.

Any inappropriate, abusive, threatening, illegal or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service and immediate removal from the premises without refund.
