Booking & Payment

All appointments at Mudita Luxury Spa must be booked in advance through call, WhatsApp, or our website. Payments must be made as per the selected service. We reserve the right to confirm bookings only after payment or advance deposit, if applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are requested to inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds. Refund decisions are subject to management approval.

Service Limitations

Our spa and massage services are provided strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies or behaves inappropriately.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests. Any misconduct, inappropriate requests, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of services.

Liability

Mudita Luxury Spa is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit. Clients must inform therapists of any medical conditions prior to treatment.
